🌟 To kickstart the program, we’ve got a chance for you to win a $150 well.ca gift card.  
  
If you wish to participate in the contest, please ensure you meet the following requirements:  
  
1️⃣ Follow  and  on Instagram.  
2️⃣ Are a Laurier student and have a valid Laurier student number (Laurier employees and their immediate families are not eligible for the giveaway).  
3️⃣ Reside in Ontario, Canada.  
4️⃣ Comment on this post by Friday, Nov. 7, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET; details below.  
  
To gain an entry to the giveaway you must:  
1️⃣  Follow  and  on Instagram;  
2️⃣ Tag TWO Laurier friends in the same comment so they can join in on the fun! This must be done by Friday, Nov. 7, 2025 at 5 p.m. ET.

Walking, especially in nature, can boost our mood, lower our stress, and can even make it easier to focus when you return to your studies! So, what better way to care for yourself than exploring the local trails and getting connected with nature along the way?
