Our hearts are deeply saddened by the tragic collision in Mapleton, and we acknowledge the great loss and grief felt by families, friends and community members in our region.

May those who are profoundly grieving find comfort in the love and support of our community and in the promise that we do not walk through this difficult time alone, but that our God is with us, even through the darkest of valleys.

As a Christian counselling agency, we remain committed to offering compassionate support, hope and care to individuals and families navigating loss and trauma.

Life isn't meant to be lived at full speed all the time. Some days we feel energized, productive and ready to take on the world. Other days, getting through the day, remembering to water the plants, or checking one thing off the to-do list is enough.

Mental wellness isn't about being at your best every day. It's about recognizing that your needs change and giving yourself permission to meet yourself where you are.

If today is a "keep the houseplants alive" kind of day, that's okay. Small steps are still steps. Rest is still valuable. And simply showing up for yourself counts more than you may realize.

Be gentle with yourself.
