We want to see your favourite Canadian trains.
Whether it's a weathered CN freight, a classic CP Rail locomotive, a VIA Rail passenger consist, an Ontario Northland unit, or a meticulously detailed scale model, we know you've got a photo worth sharing.
📸 Drop a photo in the comments and tell us:
🚂 What railway is it?
📍 Where was it photographed?
⚙️ If it's a model, what scale is it?
Let's celebrate Canada's railways, one locomotive at a time. We can't wait to see what's in your collection and on your camera roll!

🚂 Every great model has a story.
Ted Kocyla from the WRMRC recently completed this Boston & Maine PS-1 boxcar as part of his display for the Waterloo Railway Expo, and he wanted to share the journey from primer to finished model. The photos show that even an inexpensive kit can become something special with time, patience, and skill.
Now it's your turn.
Whether you're building your first freight car, detailing your latest locomotive, or have a layout masterpiece to show off, we'd love to see it at the Waterloo Railway Expo. Don't worry if it's still a work in progress. Half-finished projects are just as interesting as completed models, and fellow modellers always enjoy seeing how others tackle a build.
Bring your models, share your techniques, swap ideas, and celebrate the hobby with fellow railfans.
