Concussion research has been exponentially growing as we become more and more aware of it and the importance of a proper recovery! We expect the brain to have neurologically recovered in approximately 4 weeks, yet clients continue to come in with symptoms presenting months down the road. This weekend was all about learning to assess and treat those symptoms of concussion (dizziness, fatigue, headaches, neck pain, anxiety, irritability) that persist long after the initial trauma.

Great course with R2P concussion management! We touched on visual therapy, vestibular therapy, manual therapy, and exercise - all potential systems leading to these post concussion symptoms.
