One of our current safety precautions is that we are limiting customer access to parts of our stores – we will pick out your order for you!
To help us, we’d ask that you take a picture (or write down the brand and recipe) of your current food before you come in so we can find exactly what your pet needs quickly and efficiently. Thank you for your understanding – we are all in this together!

Due to the spread of the COVID-19 Virus and Consistent with (Federal/Provincial) Guidance We Are Limiting Foot traffic In Our Stores to ONLY 2 CUSTOMERS
In order to help you get the same great products and services we have implemented the following changes:
• We ask that only 2 customers enter the store at a time. This gives us an opportunity
to sanitize the area for each customer.
• We will retrieve those products and bring them to you at the front cash to complete
your transaction.

Please be patient with our staff- they are trying to protect you, themselves, and all of our families. We are considered an essential service- so we are doing our best to restock products as quickly as we can get them.
