Nutrition + movement and mindfulness will always be my passion and crutch when it comes to managing Crohn’s although I’ve had a big shift in career path... Even though I was enrolled in a masters of nutrition (which has been my goal for the last 6 years) I felt like I could have a greater positive impact on our planet. Which lead me to enrol in a Masters of Sustainable Business and Innovation 😬 this was a giant scary leap! But two weeks into the course I’m feeling challenged, excited and so motivated!!
So I’ll still be sharing my journey with crohns but heads up there will be a bit more sustainability on this page 💚

This week I’m focusing on giving myself space to allow for growth. 🌱The last month has been hectic as I’m sure it has been for a lot of people! I’ve committed to making space for myself, checking in to see how I’m adapting to change and how I can support myself going forward. This has meant temporarily disconnecting with negative and even good influences in my life, because I think better in silence. It’s fitting moving from winter to spring, now is a good time to revaluate your routine and influences to make sure it’s allowing you to grow. 🌻
