Tempura fried wild cherry smoked brisket, atop 2 charcoal grilled brisket chuck burgers with wild creamed leeks, cool ranch Doritos, smoked cheddar cream sauce, toasted potato bun. Served with fries and house made pickle $20 plus hst, limited quantities available.
