Calisthenics is a fun intuitive way of challenging your muscles
After testing out my pull game at the start of a work out vs the end, it's clear to me I have to focus my hardest exercises first, so I can push my self to my max potential. Doing the hardest exercises last just doesnt leave enough gas in the tank. Imma be training this skill untill I reach the 8-12 rep range. So my pull days will all focus this specific skill. I should have more push focused content for you soon!

What is the most coveted skill you want to pick up?
More of a row than a pull up, this movement is great for building foundations toward the pull up. If this is to easy place a box or chair under your feet so you body is parallel with the ground. This will increase the load you have to pull with you upper body.
What's your favorite pull exercise?
I can not stress this enough!! WARM UP YOUR WRISTS BEFORE DOING HANDSTAND EXERCISES, honestly warm up your wrists before doing any push exercises. These will murder your shoulder muscles and prep you to become the beast you always wanted to be.
