Good morning, this is Kanako RMT.
So what is Deep Therapeutic Massage ??
This is a more clinical treatment, designed to have a therapeutic effect.

If you have been injured, suffering with chronic pain, or you simply like an invigorating maintenance treatment, this is more suitable for you.
I assess your posture, the joints’ range of motion, fascial restriction, soft tissue adhesion and muscular strength etc. for your immediate therapeutic needs.
I use a mix of various techniques, including Deep tissue massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, Joint mobilization, Rhythmic mobilization, Passive Strengthening and Swedish massage.
I call it Deep Therapeutic because its my favourite treatment to give and it’s what my specialty is. It’s actually a very effective treatment as the pressure can be adjusted accordingly.
I have also trained and practiced many years to detect knots/ adhesive areas to release tension and reduce blockages for a better flow.
Please visit, try it and feel the difference.
I love when people say “I feel like I got a new body again” after the treatment.
YES !!!

I love what I’m doing.

Trust me.
Have a fantastic day 🤗

We all know a massage feels good and can make us more relaxed.
But there are also many, many health benefits that come with a massage.

Therapeutic effects include:
🌟Stimulating blood and lymph circulation
🌟Loosening muscular tension

Also,

🌟Increased muscle flexibility and range of motion

For both of these, this results in increased power and performance, which helps you work efficiently and with proper intensity to facilitate the body's muscle-building response

🌟Toning and firming muscles

The waste products from muscular activity, like carbon dioxide, lactic acid and urea, build up in the muscles. Massage therapy fosters drainage of those wastes, therefore restoring there normal functions

🌟Prevents and even heals injuries
By stretching connective tissue, massage improves circulation to help prevent or break down adhesions. Massage also influences the excretion of certain fluids (nitrogen, phosphorous, sulfur) necessary for tissue repair

🌟Stress reduction
The effect in reducing stress is seen as one the most valuable aspects, since stress is blamed for causing up to 90% of human diseases

.. and many more!
