A long overdue challenge post 🏆

The final challenge of 2025 has come and gone (over a month ago I’m just wrapping it up now😂) and MAN was that a good one!

This challenge we put it ALL ON THE LINE 💰 winner takes all baby, 600$$$$ cash to be exact!

In first place, 🥇 no doubt a sneaky win but WELL deserved! Shawnna attends the 5:30am class nearly every dang day and I can promise you… she does it with a smile! 😊 this new momma kicked some serious ass with over 5lbs of body fat loss and still GAINING muscle!

Now second place, 🥈 Emily! Emily faced some set backs this year and still came out stronger than ever! We are so proud of the leaps and bounds you continue to make here at the studio 😍 her scan was an all time best from even before her injury! Down body fat & up muscle mass, you continue to wow us everyday🤩

Last but not least, our third place 🥉 winner, LEXI! And I know what you are thinking, that’s not Lexi… Lexi is living her best life in Iceland since the challenge party so we got the next best thing…. Her brother 🤪

Nonetheless Lexi came in with a goal of secretly beating her family in this challenge and she certainly did so, coach fergy and I have never seen a bigger dawggg! 🐾 keeping up with and most of the time outlifting her dad and brother, Lexi is up muscle and down bf… dedication & determination put her on top 😇
