Trent and I would like to take a moment to inform our members about what has transpired the last 8 days. We have been in negotiations with landlord all month. We ourselves JUST found out on Dec 21st that we had 10 days to vacate. We were unable to tell any members prior to the 21st because we didn’t know if we were in fact, closing. We are a month to month facility. We locked our doors on the 22nd. Leaving 9 days, 2 of which were STAT holidays, so 7 days remaining. We did everything we could to make sure we were acting in our members best interests (including not accepting the surplus of new member registrations for Jan) There was nothing we could have done. Our hands were tied. BELIEVE ME both my husband and I have actually had to see doctors because of the stress this has caused us. We are heartbroken by all of this. So trust me, we did not act in a selfish, self serving manner. We have ALWAYS put our members first. ALWAYS. If you have any questions or concerns please message me. We’d love to talk. ❤️

Your friendly neighbourhood elves have created a special event for our community.

Join us at CIBC Brooklin (50 Baldwin St) for a special tree lighting, some caroling, delicious hot chocolate and a VIP visit from Santa!

We will be collecting donations on behalf of Brooklin United Church; non-perishables, Gift Cards, and Warm socks.
