Welcome to Basil Leaf Culinary Services

Basil Leaf’s Personal Chef Service delivers to your home with your customized menu. On your cooking day we shop for your groceries prepare and cook your meals, then package and refrigerator freeze them for you to enjoy on your own schedule. It is also a great idea for the boat and cottage provisioning.

Your menu is personalized for your preferences and is prepared with only the freshest and finest ingredients.

Prices start at $ 275 for 2 weeks service or $ 12-$ 15 per single entrée or soups at $ 4 per 10 oz (300 ml) serving with minimum of 5 meals/soups.

Includes price of food for 10 entrees and some side dishes for 2 adults.

If you have no time to cook, then try our stress-free, personal chef services!

�Basil Leaf’s Catering

Extensive menus for all occasions comprising of Appetizers, Dinner, Brunch, Lunches and Desserts. Your food selection can be dropped off or can be catered.

Try our Chili Powder Chicken with Cilantro Cream, Asparagus wrapped with Prosciutto or Beef Tenderloin Canapés for your next cocktail party.

A dinner party with the Basil Leaf Special – Beef Tenderloin Filet with Potato Pancake, Roasted Garlic Sauce & topped with your choice of stuffed Portabella Mushroom or Butterflied Tiger Shrimp is sure to be a memorable evening.

Business Lunches can go from bland to flavourful with BBq salmon & Caramelized Onions on Focaccia Bread, Mahogany Chicken Wraps with Mango Salsa or Rosemary Roast Beef Asiago Melts.

Basil Leaf’s Gourmet Dinners

Four to five courses of every changing dinner menus are available for romantic dinners, friends’ night out or for special occasion dinner parties. It will be dropped off with simple warming instructions for the meal or a chef can be available to help out.

Prices start at $ 75/couple.

Gourmet Cooking Classes

Private or group classes offered for everyday cooking to special menu requests. I have taught in local community schools for years for all ages. Also available Gourmet Dinner Party Classes – great for couples, work parties and Children’s Birthday Party.

Price range from $ 25/hour.

Gift Certificates are perfect for anniversaries, weddings or birthdays for the hard to buy for friends and families.
