COOK-UP’s own Delna & Trish are two food lovers who turned their shared passion into something bigger than themselves. What started as a spark during lockdown has grown into COOK-UP, a community organization that uplifts aspiring entrepreneurs to live out their dreams and celebrate culture through food. The belief at COOK-UP is that everyone deserves a seat at the table even if we have to build it.

Today, we celebrate more than another year — we celebrate a community built on hope, hard work, and heartfelt purpose. From the emerging entrepreneurs finding affordable kitchen space to dreams rising in the incubator, Cook‑Up nourishes more than meals—it nourishes possibility, community, and belonging.
Your vision of empowering marginalized founders—women, newcomers, LGBTQI folks and linguistic minorities—has blossomed year after year into jobs created, food access improved, and lives transformed. This milestone isn’t just a moment on the calendar—it’s a testament to resilience, inclusivity, and impact.
