We had a customer who was experiencing an error message when trying to charge their brand new EV!
Installation of the EV plug was included with their new car purchase, but apparently the original installer forgot to tighten the terminals on the outlet. When we removed the outlet from the enclosure the wire popped right out!
We stumbled upon this issue when completing some other wiring upgrades for our customer. Needless to say they were very happy the issue was resolved and the hazzard was gone!
