The residents in this home were complaining about noises coming from the hood vent above their oven. A quick look outside revealed the source of the problem. Always be sure to check that your exterior vent covers are in good condition to avoid unwelcomed guest moving in.

In this case, a couple of birds moved in! We ensured the removal of the unwanted roomies and temporarily sealed the vent cover with some copper mesh to prevent rentry. Next step will be to replace the cover with a new one.
