Happy Monday mountain movers!

I was excited to start a new week focused on my goals but i didn’t sleep the greatest and my mood wasn’t the greatest.

I knew I had to drag my ass to the gym to set the tone for the week! That start was rough but by the end I honestly felt better!

It’s not always sunshine and rainbows in the gym , sometimes it’s dark stormy clouds ..
if your patient and weather the storm will come out on top! 💥

I showed up for myself even tho my mind and body were checked out ! Killed a Full body workout 🏋🏾‍♀️💪🏾
