Good afternoon everyone, hopefully all are doing well and are healthy with this pandemic and uncertainty going on with the stock market crashing there is not much security for RRSP'S and stocks right now but we can see that real estate has not lost its appeal the homes on the market are still selling above asking price this is good news for sellers and buyers because we can see that real estate prices in our area have not been affected by this world event. I feel that real estate is a good investment now and going forth in the future.
