Massage Therapy has been available ever since the end of the first lock down in 2020 as one of the lowest risk environments regarding Covid19. So now we have come to the end of some of the health restrictions. Massage Therapists in Ontario are still required to wear a face covering, clean our clinical environments according to high Ministry of Health standards and strongly encouraged to be vaccinated against Covid 19. Patients now have the "option" to wear a mask.. The safety and security of our patients is still our number 1 priority. Hey just wanted to remind you that, Adaptable Massage is open during this revised lock down and I am always excepting new clients.

Many of you will be disappointed that you could not escape the cold winter this year. I also dream of those warm places my self. Have you considered you have the option of making the best of things by booking a soothing massage? What if you could experience warmth and relaxation right here, right now!

This last year has been a stressful time for all of us. Helping people manage their stress is something I am passionate about. That's why it is my pleasure to provide a warm, very safe, very clean, comfortable low risk environment where you can come to relax or get treatment for soft tissue conditions. It is not surprising to see clients walking away feeling "much lighter" than when they arrived!

I can direct bill most any primary extended health insurance. If you are uninsured, off work or have been financially disadvantaged by the lock downs we can discuss pricing "one on one" that might work for you.

Not sure how much longer this situation will go on, but I am here to assist you with braving this health storm we are currently in.
