Exploring qEEG Neurofeedback Therapy for Mental Wellbeing 03/24/2026

Have you ever wished you could see how your brain is working — then help it work better? I’ve been exploring qEEG-guided neurofeedback and I’m inspired by how it maps individual brain patterns and trains your brain toward calmer, clearer function.

At OSR Clinics in Ontario, we use qEEG to create personalized plans that support conditions like ADHD, anxiety/PTSD, depression and sleep challenges — all with non-medicinal, gentle training. Sessions feel more like focused meditation or a game than a medical procedure: wear a sensor cap, get real-time feedback, and let your brain learn healthier rhythms.

At OSR Clinics, we design therapy plans that fit your life in Ontario — not the other way around. We use psychotherapy, focusing on non‑medicinal strategies for neurodevelopmental needs whenever possible. What does that look like? We set measurable goals, pace sessions to match your rhythm, and offer remote care options so support stays accessible. Ready to explore a plan made for your family? Every day we talk to paramedics, the situations they face on a regular basis are incomprehensible to the general public. Like Jovanovich points out, mental health services are essential, and the benefits they receive are inadequate for someone in crisis. While $2000/year might be enough for maintenance, there is also a heavy stigma in first responder fields about getting help in the first place. We stand with our paramedics and hope these negotiations are productive and can avoid a strike.
