⭐️ Meet Nikki ⭐️ not only is she a dedicated WEthrift volunteer, she is also the chapter director of Safe Families Canada Windsor - Essex. You will find her smiling face doing point of sale and merchandising, as well as helping with all things creative and computer related. We love having you in the store Nikki 💙

Some of our favourite things in the store this week 💚
📢 Shout out to two amazing people who made donations to cover the cost of the stolen bike 💙 Thank you for your kindness and generosity!
⭐️ The community support and encouragement has been overwhelming and we are so grateful that you all care for WEthrift and what we are doing over here! Our hearts are full ❤️

📢 Customer shout out 📢
After making a small legit purchase this gentleman rode away on one of our refurbished bicycles. Boosted not purchased - just to be clear 👎🏻👎🏻
Very stealthy and bold decision sir!
The real bummer is that these bikes are not donations. So it was a true loss to us and the DWCC and Bike Hub, a larger community project that aims to give affordable bikes back to the community. The other bummer was the time it took to file the police report and took us away from the fun parts of the store.
However, lessons have been learned on our part and we pray this bike is a blessing to you sir. She was a beauty!
🚲 Bicycles have arrived!🚲 We are very excited to be collaborating with the Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative to have bikes in the store! This is a part of their bike hub program which puts the proceeds from the refurbished bikes back into refurbishing more bikes. The goal is affordable bikes for the Windsor community 💙

Our featured charity for the month of July is Matthew House Windsor! This means that a portion of the profits made from purchases in the month of July will go to this amazing organization!
