The sun is out, days are longer, and snow is finally melted. It seems like the perfect time of year to settle into a new routine! Here’s my self care checklist for the month of May, what are some ways you’re prioritizing yourself in this season? 🌞 🌺 🤗

As we enter 2022, here is a list of protocol I am using to keep you safe and help you relax during your treatment!

✨ Masks required for both the RMT and client during the entirety of our treatment. I switch out my mask between each client to help with germ control
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Fresh, clean linens & towels used for each treatment
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Room sanitized between each appointment with focus to high touch areas including door handles & face cradle
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨I ask that you arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment time and to text when you arrive to reduce contact time between clients and to allow enough time to properly sanitize the space between treatments
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ Hand sanitizer available to use upon entry to the space and a sink is available for you to properly wash your hands with single-use towels to dry
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨ HEPA Air filter in the room to keep the air as clean as possible. I also open the window between clients when it isn’t as chilly out!

✨ Your reminder email includes a self-screening survey for you to complete before your treatment. Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling unwell.

✨ My entire household is triple vaccinated & up to date with our flu shots & I recommend you do the same!

Hopefully this list offers you comfort in knowing that I am doing all I can to keep you safe during these uncertain times. Two years into the pandemic, I think we can all safely say that self care is of the utmost importance right now and I am incredibly grateful you have chosen me to be a part of your self care routine 🥰

Here is a friendly reminder that I will be returning to school full time in the fall and will be working reduced hours as I work towards my nursing degree. This also means I am no longer accepting new clients.

As we progress through the end of 2021, I will post last-minute availability through my social media stories and they can be booked on a first come, first serve basis. 📲
