C is for Cookie🍪….Cookie Monster that is! Made these adorable cupcakes for my son’s birthday party tomorrow evening. I think all the kids attending the party will appreciate them! The adults probably will too 🤭

The imperial cookie. So simple, yet so decadent. Raspberry filling, sandwiched between two tender sugar cookies, finished with a delicate almond glaze. They are my most requested cookie, and personally my favourite 😋🤤 I can make them in both regular and mini size!
