"Chandra helps to keep the day-to-day details organized from processing applications, lease renewals to answering inquiries, managing utility accounts and reconciling accounts. Her work helps keep important tasks on track for landlords and tenants alike.

She likes to find practical solutions, improve processes and take on new challenges. One success she is especially proud of is having helped improve the company’s Waste and Water monitoring system, increasing it from around 80 registered properties to over 220.

Chandra describes herself as hardworking, detail-oriented, and friendly, and her coworkers would likely agree.

Fun fact: when she's not working, you'll often find her travelling, hiking, canoeing, snowshoeing, painting, or spending time with her very chatty tortoiseshell cat. "
