Some of our online services and the Manitoba Hydro app will be unavailable Saturday, October 5th as we upgrade some of our internal systems. Website self-service transactions will be unavailable including customer account functions such as billing and submitting a meter reading, online power outage reporting and the outage map. Our shelter is over capacity! Winnipeg Animal Services, 1057 Logan Ave., will be having a dog sale from October 6th to October 13th (Sunday to Sunday). All dog adoptions will include a pet license, micro-chip, spay/neuter, basic shots, food, and pet health insurance.
