We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Full-Time Cook who is deeply familiar with Nigerian cuisine and is fully available to support our operations, including evenings and weekends.

This position requires flexibility, consistency, and a strong understanding of Nigerian cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors.
This role comes with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours per week, with additional hours based on business needs.

Availability & Scheduling Expectations (Important)
* This role requires flexibility, including weekends, evenings, and peak service periods
* Weekend work is a core requirement of this position
* Scheduling across all locations is critical to this role.
* The role guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week
* Fixed schedules or limited availability may not be accommodated.
