About Our Office

RE/MAX Performance Realty opened its doors January 1, 1993 in order to better serve the home buyers and sellers of Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We currently have over 100 agents with over 1600 years of combined real estate sales experience, specializing in residential, condominium, commercial and multi-family real estate transactions plus 1 agent who specializes in hunting and fishing lodges.

Our office has received many prestigious sales awards over the past 26+ years but we are most proud of the TOP TRANSACTION AWARD FOR RE/MAX OFFICES IN MANITOBA for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. Also according to Winnipeg Realtors Association (WRA), RE/MAX Performance Realty lists and sells a higher volume of residential properties on MLS than any other real estate brokerage in Manitoba.
