Are you over 50 and experiencing sadness, anxiety, or feeling challenged related to transitions such as retirement or caregiving? Turning Pages is a community-based mental health program offered in partnership with the and . Our goal is to improve mental health through education, skill building, peer support, and community connections. Our program is 6 weeks in length and offered through Zoom. The cost is $50.00 per person (fee waivers are available based on need).
Date: Six Tuesdays starting on Tuesday, March 1st from 100pm-300pm
(last session is on April 5, 2022)
