Everything on the menu has a local story behind it.
Manitoba flour, vegetables and meat from nearby farms, local breweries pouring on tap, wine from Ellement Wine & Spirits , and even cheese from our neighbour Colleen when we can get it.
We don’t have to look far for good ingredients — they’re right here!
We’ll handle the pizza, you handle the conversation. And if we happen to overhear some gossip… we promise to keep it to ourselves.
