Ok but how satisfying is this wood grain coming alive 😍✨
Little tip: use a wood conditioner first (like I am here) before staining to help prevent blotchy, uneven spots and get a smoother finish 🙌

What was hiding under this paint shocked me 👀
This piece looked completely beyond saving 😅 The paint job was ROUGH… but I needed to see what was underneath.
And honestly? I couldn’t believe it. The most beautiful wood grain was hiding under all that paint 🤯 Watching this one come back to life made all the sanding worth it.
Painted pieces are definitely more work, but bringing the original wood back to life is always worth it 👏🏼
