This is to let you know that, VTC/PD is recruiting for both special program and normal one. The special program is for students and pupils who are still waiting for the resuming of schools and universities activities, meanwhile they can be refreshing their minds at VTC/PD in English and Computing. That’s why, this communiqué should be conveyed to whom it may be interested.
