Our Story

Agro-Tourism Association is an Agriculture and Tourism development company limted by gurantee with presence in the entire East African region. The company offers a wide range of services in Agriculture and Tourism such as Value Chain Analysis and Development; Institutional Development; Agronomic principles and practices, Research, Strategic plan development, Monitoring and Evaluation, Impact Assessment, Business plan development, Business Management services. All its services are designed to enhance capacity farmers to engage in farming as a profitable business
Since its inception, Agro-Tourism Association has distinguished itself in the provision of practical agribusiness entrepreneurship; has been able to build the capacity of over 30,000 farmers especially the youth and women in Farming as a Business.

Agro-Tourism Association is an agribusiness development organization engaged in 5 Thematic areas of;

Thematic Area 1: Agro-Tourism. This aims at linking the two sectors of Agriculture and Tourism. The aim is to promote agribusiness enterprises as tourism attraction centers and by so doing increasing incomes of smallholder farmers and creating more products for tourism players.

Thematic Area 2: Incubation. This aims at enabling the youth and ensuring that they develop and grow their business ideas into realities so as to create more employments sustainably
