Building one of the best electrical teams in the industry requires intentional investment in development at every level.

Today, we have 38 apprentices enrolled in the ABA Electrical Apprenticeship Program, with a goal of reaching 50 apprentices by the end of 2026. Developing the next generation of electricians isn’t optional — it’s essential to the future of our industry.

Our commitment includes:
• Supporting apprentices through the ABA program
• Providing in-house journeyman code and NEC theory training
• Developing foremen and leadmen into strong, capable leaders

A strong industry depends on strong training. We’re committed to raising the standard.

Chauncey is Headed to Nationals!
We are proud to announce that Chauncey beat out the local Arizona competition to qualify to compete in the 2026 ABC National Craft Championships!
This is a huge accomplishment and a true reflection of his work ethic, skill, and commitment to becoming a great electrician. His dedication to the craft represents exactly what we stand for at ICON Electric.
We are extremely proud of Chauncey and all the hard work he has put in to reach this level.
