Arrived... what a magical place. After a long flight and transfer, you immediately get the feeling at that you are expected and have arrived at home with friends. And yes, it starts right away: after a detailed consultation with the doctor, I received my first Abhyanga massage - wonderful. The concept of Ayurveda here is individualized, as is the (very delicious) food. A very familiar atmosphere where you can feel that the staff takes care of everything, from the maid who gives me a new yoga outfit in my size - without being asked, to the doctor who meets you several times during the day and asks about your well-being, to the chef who always wants to know if there’s anything we don’t like...
The second day today was very intense, and our schedule was a bit too tight: yoga, then a personal introduction/briefing on Ayurveda by the doctor, 90' massage, private meditation/yoga session, foot massage...

Angekommen... was für ein zauberhafter Ort. Nach einem langen Flug und Transfer bekommt man im sogleich das Gefühl erwartet zu werden und zu Hause bei Freunden angekommen zu sein. Und ja es geht auch gleich los: nach einer detaillierten Consultation bei der Ärztin, bekomme ich meine erste Abhyanga Massage - herrlich. Das Konzept von Ayurveda hier ist individualisiert, so auch das (sehr köstliche) Essen. Eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre in der man spürt dass die Mitarbeiter sich alle kümmern, vom Zimmermädchen dass mir ein neues Yoga dress in meiner Größe gibt - ungefragt, die Ärztin die einem tagsüber mehrfach begegnet und nach dem Wohlbefinden fragt, der Küchenchef, der immer wissen will, ob es etwas gibt was wir nicht mögen...
Der 2. Tag heute war sehr intensiv und unser Programm etwas zu dicht, Yoga, dann persönliche Einführung/Aufklärung in Ayurveda durch die Ärztin, 90' Massage, private Meditation/Yoga Stunde, Fuß Massage...
