Hi folks, I've taken another step in the evolution of my music studio. I installed high quality audio cables of the right length, integrated the Xone 96 mixer into my setup and added my Yamaha HS-80 speakers back into the setup as reference monitors. The Xone 96 mixer now serves as an interface along with the Apollo Twin X and Apollo 8x.
The best part is that I can now use my effects pedals even better in combination with my analog synthesizers. With this expansion I theoretically have the possibility to use up to 30 inputs. (8x "Apollo 8x" + 2x "Apollo Twin X" + 8x "Focusrite Scarlett 20i18" + 12x "Xone 96").
I still connected the two XDJ-1000's on stereo channel 2/3, but this only dropped 2 stereo channels. Effectively there are now 6 stereo inputs of the Xone 96 mixer connected to the patchbay, so my inputs could expand to 24.
Now the last routings on the Mac have to be done and then I can continue working. Cheers - EZRA

Besides music production, I've been busy with Djing and Music Selection for the last month. I have set myself big goals and am now putting them together piece by piece. Sometimes I don't see any progress because I'm too deep in the matter myself. But when I look back, I see what has been created so far. When the time comes I am looking forward to show my work.
