AC’s cycling journey took off in Montreal the moment she discovered rhythm cycling - instantly hooked by the energy, the music, and the magic of a room moving as one. Now she’s bringing that feeling straight to our studio.

With a background in sports science, AC’s rides blend beat, purpose, and burn. You’ll push hard, vibe harder, and walk out feeling strong.

Expect pop, hip hop, R&B, electronic and that signature upper-body push 🔥
