As a participant in our 23rd Capability Program, Lisa spent a week in rural Sri Lanka co-creating a social enterprise to improve the livelihood of over 1,000 farming families.

๐ We have a new president! After 10 years of voluntary service as President of our Foundation Board, Abdullah Rasheed handed over his reigns and welcomed Boris Billing as new President.
๐ Rasheed has played an important role in our growth from one learning center in Mongolia towards a global platform for people and organizations to learn, grow and create impact. Under his leadership, our network grew to more than 1,000 next-generation leaders developed whilst co-creating 133 social enterprises in 16 countries. We cordially thank Rasheed for all his contributions in the past 10 years.
