Our Story

ALTERSIS Performance, (formerly known as Sword Performance Solutions from 2015 to 2018 and adhoc International from 2002 to 2015) is the APM expert and Performance Engineering Pioneer in EMEA offering IT Performance Management Consulting and Engineering Services across the entire Application Life Cycle.

To date and since its founding in 2002, the company has played a leading role in the deployment of APM technologies, methodologies and IT Performance Center of Excellence in some of the largest customer environments in EMEA.

In April 2018 the Swiss IT Performance consulting leader has merged with the ALTERSIS Group to become the largest IT Performance Company in EMEA. This merger reinforces the ALTERSIS Group which is now composed of more than 350 engineers and experts and gives the group a greater control of the Performance sector, alongside its subsidiaries SCOPTEAM and VALID’IT, specialized in this field.

Alltogether the former Sword Performance, SCOPTEAM and VALID’IT are now united as ALTERSIS Performance continueing to offer their expertise in:
