Before the noise of a new week begins, take a moment to reflect on the one that just passed.

Did you make progress on your business idea this week? Did you have a conversation that opened a new door? Did you face a setback that taught you something you needed to know? Every experience, good or difficult, is part of the journey.

Robin Sharma, in "The 5 AM Club", reminds us that the most successful people in the world are not the busiest. They are the most intentional. They take time to reflect, reset, and recommit before charging into what is next.

So ask yourself honestly today:

What did I learn this week that I did not know last Monday? What did I start that I need to finish? What did I put off that I need to face? And what one thing, if I focus on it this coming week, will move my business forward the most?
