This July, we are opening a small Ayurvedic Healing Circle for people in the UK and Ireland.

A free online conversation exploring why we can still feel exhausted even when we're getting enough rest, and what Ayurveda can teach us about understanding our body more deeply.

This will be a gentle and open space where you can listen, ask questions, and explore your wellbeing with an Ayurvedic Doctor.
