Virginie is a brand and innovation veteran. With 30 years of experience at renowned consumer goods corporation she pushed for sustainability to become an integral part of business practices and corporate culture, which led her to her current role of Chief Sustainability Officer at P&G. Aside from her inspirational career journey, Virginie is also a marathon runner, poetry enthusiast, mother to three, and speaker.

In 2020, she authored her debut book ‘Why Men Win At Work’ in which she shares her powerful insights and advice on gender inequality in the workplace.

Memry Anderson
Self taught Photographer, Stylist and Creative Director Memry crafted her passion for creativity after learning the value of hard work and perseverance from her rural Alaskan upbringing. Whilst transitioning out of her family culture and career in commercial fishing, Memry became a mother. Now her favourite muse, Memry’s son taught her how to manage the competing realties between motherhood and starting a business.
