What if entering the labor market felt like playing a game — one where women start with unfair cards, invisible traps, and shrinking paths?

This animation, created for QIKA, transforms research on women’s rights in the labor market into a sarcastic, game-like world.

Inspired by the aesthetics of Mario and the symbolism of Tarot, every “level” exposes the realities women face at work — from unpaid labor and inflexible schedules, to sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, and the unequal division of parental leave.

Visually, it blends bold color, surreal energy bars, and Tarot-inspired cards — evoking fate, luck, and the absurdity of how chance still shapes women’s professional paths.

Beneath the playful tone lies irony — the game looks fun, but the obstacles are all too real.

Through humor and metaphor, the piece reimagines statistics and social research as something emotional and accessible — an animated reflection on how deeply unfair systems can feel, even when wrapped in bright colors.

MAB - an open space for experimentation, artistic expression, reflection, and dialogue ✨

We’re thrilled to announce that our visual identity proposal has been selected for the Kosovo Museum of Contemporary Art.

The museum is designed to become a gravitational center for artists, a concept reflected in the positioning of the letters at the edges of the space created in the center. Furthermore, the alignment of the letters symbolizes the museum’s commitment to democratic principles, where artworks and artists are treated equally.

Finally, the logo is designed to be flexible, adapting its shape based on format and content. The goal is to convey the idea that the museum will serve as a catalyst, pushing artistic boundaries beyond conventional limits.
