Today we are happy to present you Clement, one of the co-founder of Melrose Kitchen.

Clement has a bachelor in Hospitality from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne as well as a master's degree in entrepreneurship from ESSEC Business School.

Clement wears multiple hats : He loves to serve clients and explain them our story, but he is also our master account and admin head, making sure that everything goes in the right direction and well organised.

Also, he is the chocolate expert and loves to try everything that involves chocolate !

What he loves the most : Artisanal hot chocolate with oat milk, in his Melrose Kitchen mug 🍫

Fun (or weird) fact about Clement : He initially doesn't like matcha, but now drinks a matcha latte with coconut milk with a matcha brownie every single day 🍵
