Disney Aspire's program helps put dreams within reach.

In 2018, The Walt Disney Company's groundbreaking education investment program, Disney Aspire, started turning dreams into reality for cast members and employees who do the same for guests and fans worldwide.

This is one of the most comprehensive programs of its kind, launched with a five-year, $150 million investment to help the company's hourly employees, letting them pursue their educational goals and dreams.

Whether it means learning a trade, growing their language skills, earning a high school diploma, or earning a college or master's degree, this program gives them the opportunity.

More than 40% of the 90,000+ eligible hourly employees have taken the first step to sign up to participate in the Disney Aspire program, and more than 8,000 employees and cast members have enrolled in classes just in the first year since the program was launched.

Disney Aspire's potential to change lives resonates across the company's hourly workforce.

The certification creates a 3-level model of impact.

The NOW – The first level, showcasing how they create fair employment opportunities with Resource Planning, Fair recruitment, Fair salary, Conditions, and Onboarding.

The BETWEEN – The second level, companies will build personal training programs, career development goals, and peaceful social values.

The FUTURE – The third level impact is the MADE IN PEACE premium. The income from the premium of the MADE IN PEACE products will be marked for education purposes and goals per community.

It will allow the community to develop their schools, education system, scholarships or any other educational specifics according to their needs.
