As dozens of residents settle into their new homes created within our Empower project in Cape Town's Township of Khayelitsha, murals begin to adorn their dwellings - another pathway towards producing value and capital for underserved communities across South Africa and beyond.

Connecting top-down and bottom-up: one of the most important guiding principles in our practice.

Today, we did it in Cape Town, South Africa, welcoming Swiss Federal Council member Ignazio Cassis to the site of our Empower project. There to meet him was community leader, Phumezo Tsibanto, one of the first beneficiaries and leading ambassadors of the project.
