Our school adheres to the traditional Okinawan Goju-ryu karate discipline, guided by Taira Sensei.

Lately, a Swiss television show explored the global Longevity Megatrend. The program addressed this phenomenon and business enterprises catering to it – often offering premium products or services at significant cost. What factors contribute to longevity? An interesting aspect is that there's even a Longevity World Cup where a Hungarian participant by name of Martin Helstáb currently ranks as the seventh-best 'age reducer' globally. Thus, what drives his exceptional performance? In essence, the "secrets" revolve around lifestyle adjustments primarily centered on dietary habits, sleep patterns and also including consistent daily physical activity !!! He maintains his sensory function through archery practice, particularly to preserve his vision. He is a Hungarian grammar school teacher earning a modest salary. Meanwhile, wealthy individuals in the West might spend millions on various longevity treatments.
Does longevity demand considerable effort? Yesss !!! Karate is a full-body exercise that involves training of the sensory system and reflexes, where speed is balanced ☯️ with muscular strength. 🥋
