The next challenge has entered the chat… Zig-Zag ⚡️
The second challenge of the World Rowing Virtual Series unlocks on May 1. Zig-Zag is controlled chaos: five repeats of 1,000 m with only 20 seconds to reset, where each kilometre flips from low-rate (≤15 spm) strength to high-rate speed (≥30 spm).
