A2 Arch

Designing this spacious one-story house, the team of the architectural studio A2Arch used only one material - concrete. The main hero in the space became the view from the panoramic windows - here only neutral colors, minimal finishing, simple and functional furniture. ✨Concevoir cette maison spacieuse d'un étage, l'équipe du studio d'architecture A2Arch n'a utilisé qu'un seul matériau - le béton. Modern residential building🏰

The main part of this compact, modern apartment building is located in two monolithic two-story units. The space is connected to the living room, dining room, and terrace, with a lounge area and swimming pool. A spa block adjoins the main space. The travertine-clad facade is enhanced by wooden inserts framing the windows. A stone staircase with elegant brass railings leads to the main entrance.

These railings serve as a bright accent softening the monolithic image of the building. We used the same materials for the interior as we did for the exterior. These details, as well as the panoramic glazing and the combined concrete beam between the rooms and the terrace, meet one of the main goals: a seamless transition from interior to exterior.
