*Du bist seit 2023 bei FS Parker - was gefällt dir an der Agentur am besten?*
Noah: Am besten gefällt mir die Interdisziplinarität und Hilfsbereitschaft im Team. Hier treffen viele einzigartige Expertisen aufeinander und man lernt jeden Tag neues Fachwissen voneinander. Ausserdem ist FS Parker Zukunftsorientiert und offen für Innovation was die Arbeit für mich fordernd und spannend macht. (Anmerkung d. Redaktion: Lustig, dass noch niemand “Mario Kart am Mittag” gesagt hat...)

*Wie bleibst du über aktuelle Designtrends und Technologien auf dem Laufenden?*
Noah: Ich lese verschiedene Online Magazine und bleibe auf Social Media Vernetzt um die neuesten Trends, Neuerungen und Technologien in verschiedensten kreativen Bereichen zu verfolgen. Zudem inspiriert mich der Austausch mit anderen Teamkollegen und die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden.

*Wo siehst du die Zukunft des Designs und welche Richtungen sind deiner Meinung nach besonders spannend?*
Noah: Die Zukunft in allerlei Designrichtungen sieht für mich vielversprechend aus. Künstliche Intelligenz und Automatisierung bringen viel Potenzial und Veränderungen im Arbeitsprozess. Diese Innovation bietet uns völlig neue Möglichkeiten, um auf die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden einzugehen und gutes Design zu liefern.

*You co-founded FS Parker 15 years ago. What has changed?*
Hannes: In 2009 I packed up all I had in Toronto, moved back to Zurich and remember starting out without much of a plan - we were just a tiny group with a huge amount of drive, passion and a handful of people who believed in us. This passion eventually turned into more and more professionalism and success - resulting in where we are today. It makes me extremely proud to see how all our hard work, passion and all the individuals that were ever part of FS Parker have turned us into an award winning leading agency in Switzerland.

*What do you appreciate the most about our team?*
Hannes: I love that there is so much enthusiasm for out-of-the-box thinking and creative solutions at FS Parker. There are really nice moments that happen where someone will have tried something new or designed something amazing and suddenly has multiple co-workers behind them to see how they achieved that. It’s so important to be inspired by people you work with and I think the entire team really feeds off of eachother when it comes to new ways to communicate. Not just the creatives, but also the project managers and consultants. Currently it’s all the exploration that we’re putting into AI-tools and how they can enhance all aspects of storytelling - something we truly think is the basis for good brand communication.

*Speaking of AI. Where do you think AI will take our industry?*
Hannes: I think it’s already paying off that we’ve always tried to master the latest tools. Because that’s what they are - incredible tools that can make our ideas come to life much faster than anything we’ve previously experienced. I believe that AI will become a normal part of our workflow and we are always exploring how it can solve our customers problems. Currently we’re creating motion graphics and story footage that’s getting extremely close in quality to the output we used to create from scratch.

*How do you keep a balance of work and life?*
Hannes: Easy, give me a bowl of Spaghetti Vongole and everything is balanced again.
