Zurich Golden Hour, But Make It Verdejo 🌇🥂
Some evenings just have the right ingredients: golden hour, a rooftop view, good food, great people, and 10 very different glasses of Verdejo from to discover.
For World Verdejo Day, we came together at the beautiful for a summer evening dedicated to Spanish wine, creativity and connection.
A big highlight was the tasting with the wonderful , who guided us through 10 Verdejo wines from the Rueda region. Fresh, citrusy, floral, mineral, textured, elegant - it was such a fun reminder that one grape can tell many different stories. 🇪🇸✨
Between the panoramic views over Zurich, delicious finger food, music, and the creative canvas painting moment curated by , the evening felt relaxed, inspiring and full of those little details that make an event memorable.
Loved seeing familiar faces, meeting new people and soaking up that early-summer feeling above the city. 🌞

Protein-Rich Mango Lassi 🥭
The protein trend is everywhere right now. But let’s be honest: not every nourishing drink needs a scoop of powder to feel powerful. 💪

For our friends from , we created this creamy mango lassi with naturally protein-rich, plant-based ingredients.🌱
It’s fresh, sunny, satisfying and perfect for warmer days, sporty routines or whenever you want something that nourishes both your body and your soul. 🧘♀️
RECIPE
Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 glass
INGREDIENTS
100g Soyananda organic quark alternative
100g Soyananda organic yogurt alternative
1/2 Mango (fresh or Frozen) or 1 cup mango puree
1 tbsp Almond Puree
1 tbsp Seed Mix (H**p, Flax, Chia)
1 tsp Organic Turmeric Puree (optional)
1 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Blend everything on high speed, add a 2 tbsp water if it’s took thick.
2. Pour into a glass and garnish with seeds and fresh mint leaves.
