Overview:
Develop and manage Smart Logistical Hub (SLH) adjacent to Boryspil International Airport (SLH-BO) that will serve as a first phase for prioritized development of the seventy (70) hubs to be developed and operationally managed across Ukraine.
Each SLH will enable and support development of the industrial economic base in every region of the country.
Each SLH location will consist of standard common zones along with additional development zones targeted to location / region specific needs and economic opportunities.

Common SLH zone would include the following:
Logistics (LZ): dedicated to industrial-level storage facilities, supply chain management and distribution of physical goods. Ukrposhta, government owned post office of Ukraine, as an anchor tenant will manage operations for each location.

Hospitality (HZ): dedicated to development and management of 5-star / 4-star hotels with an estimated 1K hotel rooms, regional WTC Business and Conference centers.

Community (CZ): smart city supporting residential area up to 35K+ permanent residents, educational & sports facilities, local marketplaces & stores, science & research park, financial services, supporting health care facilities and other required community services .

Infrastructure (IZ): dedicated to supporting smart city infrastructure needs such as power supply management, waste management, water supply management, recycling, telecommunication, city road management, park management, etc.

Key objectives:
Development of a logistical hub – an integrated transportation access (road, rail, etc.)
Development and management of renewable energy generation
Development of industrial waste management and recycling – collection, sorting, transport
Development of water management – sourcing, harvesting rainwater / wastewater
Development and operation SmartCity public services – administration, management, safety, health, fire, etc.
Integrated industrial, commercial, institutional, and social development
Development of knowledge, training, and research support infrastructure
Development of communications and integrated utilities
